Advantages: Easy, quick and actually shaves you.

Having had a shave this morning, what better thing to review than the Razor I used. The Gillette Fusion Manual Razor.

When I purchased this razor, I got it in a deal from Asda, which included the Razor and 4 spare Razor Blades for around £8. I have since never been able to find this deal again. The Razor on it's own is currently priced at £5.85 for a single razor or £8 for 2. This does not include any spare blades at all, just the one blade you get attached with the razor. This can be a problem, as spare baldes are currently £8.27 for a pack of 4!

For those that have never used the fusion, it had 5 blades with in the blade unit, the most I have seen. It amazes me that they fit this many in, but it won't be long before there are even more blades in the unit.

I have used this razor for some time now, as I have found it to be the most effective one when shaving. Other razors I have used always tend to miss patches on my face and I have to go over the area again to make sure I am smooth all over.

The Fusion however is different, it actually shaves all your face in one go, well not one go, you do have to move it around, etc. I have never had to go over any areas to get hair it has missed. It is very easy to use and with the right foam or gel, is very quick to use as well.

I have found the blades to last around a month or so of shaving 4-5 times a week, which I can't compare to other razors, as I can't remember how often I had to change blades on them.

Highly recommend this razor, my face is baby smooth at the moment.

Summary: A great shave, worth the high price.
