Being a woman I may not be the best person to review this product but I have had a Mach3 Razor for years now and I think it is better than any alternative designed for women. Before I met my husband, almost ten years ago now, I would use anything to shave my legs and underarms with, I've tried products specifically for women, Bic disposable razors and the battery operated kind, all of them I found to be rubbish. So after complaining to my then boyfriend he gave me one of his Mach3 Razors. Since then I have never looked back. Basically once you have bought the Mach3 Razor once all you have to do is go out and buy the disposable blades as and when you require ... Read the complete review

I've been shaving now for a number of years initially with the guidance of my dad buying a single bladed razor. I've tried using electric and battery versions but they really don't give me a good shave and they irritate my skin - but I did use them extensively while I was at Polytechnic. I moved on to a twin blade (Gillette Sensor) a little while later and found it offered a more comfortable sensation on my face. I've used the Mach 3 triple bladed razor for several years (and it's slightly more expensive twin the Mach 3 Turbo, as at one point I did have one of each - probably a Christmas present or something). When I first used ... Read the complete review

First off, I will say I used to use these all the time and my wallet was certainly feeling the effects. They are not cheap to buy. You can buy them in varying sized packs. A pack of 4 or 8 is the conventional way to buy them. What are they: Razor blades designed to fit into the Gillette Mach 3 razor. The blades are suitable for men or women, but are mainly designed for facial shaving. Obviously you could use them to tackle hair on other stubborn areas; back, shoulders, feet, under arms, chest, etc. Do they work: Yes they do work. There are 3 blades, packed closely together and with a lubricating strip which is supposed to make ... Read the complete review

I have used the Gillette Mach 3 for many years now and they are quite expensive to buy. When I have purchased these in the past, sometimes I buy from the supermarket, but other times buying online can work out a bit cheaper. A few times I have bought them from Amazon (yes, really) and they worked out cheaper, but their price varies and you have to buy two packs to get over the £15 for free delivery. But this isn't a problem - view it as an investment to save money! The blades themselves are fairly sharp but are quite close together. I find hair easily gets caught between the blades whilst shaving. It isn't hard to get out but this is the reason I ... Read the complete review

I have been using a Gillette Mach 3 razor for years. Ever since I first tried it, I was amazed, having scrapped away at my face with many a dull bladed disposable razor, I was convinced by a friend to give the Mach 3 a try. I initially thought the 3 blades would caude more drag on the skin and cause more irritation. However, I was amazed to find that it was a very comfortable shave and also allowed me to be really rather quick with the shave. Being someone who is prone to bouts of beardiness, it not unusual for me to have rather more than just a days stubble to be removing. I have found that the mach 3 blade can cope with this fairly well, though as with any ... Read the complete review
