The Mach3 Razor is the new shaving product from Gillette which has been advertised constantly on TV recently. They have started a new campaign where a young woman says that all she wants from a man is for him to shave. Gillette are also offering a money back guarantee if you find a razor which gives you a closer shave. They must be confident! ... Read the complete review

I got a surprise come through the door one morning. It was a Mach III handle and blade that had come through the door and I don’t know where it had come from! I must have applied for one on the internet as a trial or something but nevertheless I had one so I might as well have tried it out! I tried it out and was extremely ... Read the complete review

After writing a review on the poo version of a three bladed razor (see Lynx razor) I thought that I would now write about the better version. Unlike the previously mentioned scrap metal the Mach 3 does actually cut hair, which is a big bonus when buying a razor. We are talking from a woman’s point of view here so I can’t ... I’ve never been able to get on with electric razors – I’m not sure why unless it’s those dentist-like buzzing noises, I really don’t like the dentist’s. Actually I just don’t think they give a close enough shave, a nice, smooth, bristle-free shave. The crown, and especially the nape of the neck are ... Read the complete review

I've had my Gilette Mach 3 for about six months now and its never let me down, everytime I use it I get a purr-fect silky smooth finish on my face, it is also very easy to use and can be used fast and safely if you're in a hurry because the blade moves to the contours of your face because of a hinged head. Compared to my Lynx ... Read the complete review

The Mach 3 from Gillette is a great razor I aquired for free when they were mailing the out some months ago. It has three blades, therefore reducing the need to go over what you have already shaved. But its not all good, if you have relatively sensitive skin, it will cut you three times as much! I really think this is the best ... Read the complete review

Well the gillette Mach 3 does give you one of the best a man can get but not THE BEST! Give credit where it's due: this razor is very good and probably was the best untill recently, I love the way it pivots with every move you make. It has 3 blades (count em') which gives you a nice good clean cut shave. It's styling is ... Read the complete review

You know how it is - your feeling hairy and your girly razor is looking somewhat worn and then you notice that hubby has bought himself a shiny new razor. Well you think he's not going to know if I use it just this once (is he???). I have got to say that when I first used this razor I could not believe how well it worked. It is easy to hold ... Mach 3 gives you a shave fast as hell and as smooth as that famous baby's bottom. They are as expensive as they get, about £3.80 for 4 blades, but each blade lasts me about 2 weeks (though it's struggling towards the end!). You can also save a few pence by buying the blades in packs of 8 instead. It has a sexy chrome and black ... Read the complete review

~ ~ OK girls. This opinion is really for the fellas out there, but no doubt you will all take an interest, as if you’re anything like my lady, then you’re forever nicking your bloke’s razor to do whatever it is you do with it. My missus tells me it’s to shave her legs, but I have my own suspicions!! ~ ~ ... Read the complete review

You're either an electric razor man or you prefer the regular way of shaving. I've always found the the normal two blade razors didn't really get the job done on the first attempt. This meant that you to go round a sesond time with the possibility of making your skin a bit more raw. I've now moved on to the Mach 3 and thing ... Read the complete review

After using an electric razor for some time I decided it was best to go to a wet shave. As electric doesn't cut the hair short enough. I chose the Mach 3 because of the advertising and it has a good reputation. After the first shave with a Mach 3 my skin felt smoother and fresher than with an electric razor. Mach 3 is a million times ... Read the complete review

Over the years I have used every new shaving implement that comes onto the market, and generally speaking the new blade that's introduced is better than the one before. The ones that I do avoid are Wilkinson Sword, for some reason they are not as sharp as Gillette's. At the moment I use Gillette's Mach3 and it is good. ... Read the complete review

I personnaly can`t really see the need for 3 razor blades at once - I`ve always had a very nice shave with two blades. The fact that there are more blades per razor means yuo get less shaves for your money, which isn`t very good when the shave you do get is an average one. There are worse razors out there on tye market, but the Mach 3 ... Read the complete review

gillette mach 3 razors, bring a new dimension to close shaves, and i suffer terribly from razor rash whether i dry or wet shave. I thought that three blades would make me sorer, but not so, three blades plus the lubricating strip (which is like a gel itself when wet and helps the razor glide whilst holding your skin taught). Well as I've now returned to work after a year of pain and agony I now need to shave every day, I have been getting away with the odd trim with my beard clippers. Well I went to the store as my old razor had found its way into my wifes toiletry bag. Of all the razors on display Mach 3 was one of the more expensive, well over £5, but I ... Like quite a lot of people out there I suffer from quite bad razor rash after I have shaved, and am forever cutting myself whilst shaving. I have used all sorts of razors and shaving foams, and I know it is towing the line here, but I too find the Gilette Mach 3 razor the best on the market. Prior to using this razor I used the Sensor ... Read the complete review

Men just hate shaving for different reasons mostly because they are too lazy. The reason why I hate shaving is that a normal razor will tear my bristles away from my face leaving me half shaved and several cuts on my face. A razor was bought for me at Christmas; the razor was made by Gillette and called mach 3. My face now after shaving ... Read the complete review

Since a very young age I have had to shave, and it has always been a hard, painful and with plenty of blood. I used to prefer growing facial hair to shave it because the whole process was so unconfrotable and left scars at times. The whole situation changed when gilette introduced Mach 3 in the market. At first it was seeing to believing. I could ... Read the complete review

Sometimes a manufacturer starts with a basic product and, due to competition from other manufacturers, improves their product to give it an edge over the rest. All well and good - you get a better product. This prompts the competitors to make an improvement to their product in order to recapture some of the market. Eventually, the product ...
