	Hugo Boss Hugo Aftershave ... Boss introduced Hugo in 1995 and it was immensely popular when it was released. It had a definite young scent and was definitely popular with 18 - 25 year olds. I think that it still retains a big following and is as popular as ever and is holding its own in a saturated market. Its fragrant nature explores essences of fresh citrus, apples and pine blended with notes of clove, rum and sandalwood, Hugo is a casual and sporty type of fragrance. Hugo is a refreshing, spicy, lavender fragrance suitable for casual and sporty wear. It definitely has a sweet smell to it, but in my opinion it is not overly powerful or sickly sweet. 	Hugo Boss Hugo Aftershave ... by Hugo Boss is a signature Eau de Toilette from an increasingly large range of scents by Boss. Very masculine, quite heavy scent when it goes on first, not to everyones taste like some lighter, summer scents. After the initial hit the scent does fade to a warm but fresh aroma. Very definite shades of pine and lavender. Very distinctive, not a scent that can be mistaken. Nicely presented in a slightly dumpy clear glass bottle. The cap is attached with a strap and along with the khaki green box has a military feel. The bottle reminds me of a hand grenade though perhaps a water bottle may be what they were aiming for! 	Hugo Boss Hugo Aftershave ... Boss is a fashion house that has been selling designer men s clothing since the 1920s. They launched the Hugo fragrance back in 1995, and it continues to be a bestseller today. It s my favourite aftershave, which is handy, as it s also my husband s favourite - although it does tend to make Christmas and birthday presents slightly predictable! Obviously the most important thing about an aftershave is how it smells, but if it came in a very fancy, ornate bottle then I doubt my husband would want to have it sitting on the bathroom shelf.
