Advantages: Good product

Disadvantages: Not 24 ours in my opinion

There was an article recently stating that all those expensive eye creams and the like are largely ineffective at reducing the effects of ageing and making you look years younger, maybe it was backed by a plastic surgeons organisation or something but I can see that such claims probably hold true however I do know that moisturising yor skin will certainly make your skin smoother and healthier looking even if you still look your age and I also know that you do not have to break the bank to get a good effective moisturiser.

An example of this can be found with Johnsons 24 hour Facial Mosituriser. Using this is quite easy and I like the fact that it is easily absorbed into my skin without feeling at all greasy or slimy on my skin. It is also quite a thick cream so you get a decent amount of coveridge and do not have to use loads on your face, a small little dollop is perfectly good enough to cover the facial area and back of the neck.

It also feels quite refreshing as you apply it to your face, I'm not sure what it contains to cause this but it is a nice feeling especially if you are still quite tired in the morning when you use it. It does not really have any noticeable smell to it and certainly if I used make-up I reckon you could apply it straight away as it is so absorbant.

The only claim I would dispute is whether it actually lasts 24 hours, I certainly still find myself using a night cream if I have had a particularly heavy day or feel a bit run down.

The other big plus with this product is the price as I bought three for under a fiver when they were on special offer and at the rate I use them then they will last a long time.
