It's a typical Joop fragrance in that its quite a dark heavy fragrance, and it's definitely more suited to being worn in the evening - its not the type of thing you would want to be wearing all day at work. I would also say that it's better suited to the upcoming winter months - I cant really see people opting to wear this in the middle of summer.

I adore this aftershave.I used to wear the normal Joop the pink one but have been converted to this.Even 4 months after returning from a cruise ship holiday i catch this scent still on my suits hanging up in the wardrobe,its a haunting smokey sexy scent and smells better the longer its been on.A really great smell for any guy.

Just to avoid any confusion, this is a MENS fragrance, and the bottle I have reviewed here is the 75ml eau de toilette..... This fragrances is described as being an energetic and fresh fragrance with citrus floral notes. It does certainly live up to the decription it's given because it certainly is very citrusy but at the same time its not over obviously citrusy - not in the same way a lot of other frarances are.
