Not the best King Of Shaves gel (King of Shaves ASC2 Active Skin Cleansing Shaving Gel)

Advantages: anti-bacterial, feels soothing

Disadvantages: not enough lubrication

I bought this product because Tesco didn't have the usual King Of Shaves shaving gel I buy (which I was dissapointed with!) and although it wasnt bad - it wasn't exactly great either.

The gel I usually buy has much better lubrication and fragrance in comparison, whereas this left my skin feeling rather dry and didn't lubricate very well. It did feel soothing on my skin though, and left it feeling quite refreshed and invigorated once the shave had finished.

Overall though, I'd much rather had been able to find my usual gel (I'm quite stuck in my ways like that) It takes something pretty unbelievable to knock me off my routine - and this product just didnt have enough impact on me when I used it. I do appreciate the fact it has an anti-bacterial forumla though, leaves you with peace of mind after using that you have really fresh skin.

Summary: I'd suggest you go out and try another King Of Shaves product instead.
