Okay, okay.. it's a completely wild claim for a product, perhaps more suited in those little ads you find in the back pages of the Sunday papers.
But, King of Shaves Kinexium Shaving Oil for Sensitive Skin HAS changed my life.
For about 17 years now I have been a long sufferer of sensitive skin when shaving. I have tried just about every razor, every shaving foam and gel there is. Even tried one of those Protector blades... absolutely shredded my face!!
More recently I gave up on wet shaving and went for an expensive electric razor, with all the bells and whistles. It's good for when I am in a hurry, but still leaves me with awful razor burn. I still like to play football, and anybody who is active and has razor burn, knows how sore and irritating it can be when you start perspiring.
Then I saw this free sample offer for King of Shaves shaving oil. Yet another product to try I thought..
But I have to say it has transformed my life.. well a little anyway.
Just wet the face with warm water and apply four drops of this stuff. Yeah, yeah I thought. But then the razor just glided across my face and even my neck which is always the worst part. Left my face really smooth, and not a cut in sight (a personal first!). The main thing was of course, there was no razor burn. And that is where my life has been transformed.. I can play all the sport I want and there is no irritation. On days when I need to wear a shirt and tie to work.. no sore neck.
Well thats about it.. you might think I am employed by King of Shaves the way I have ranted on, but I'm not :) But if you suffer with razor burn and sensitive skin, it is definitely worth a try. It might seem a little expensive, at over £3.00 for a little bottle, but it is supposed to last up to 100 shaves, so a small price to pay.
