I've used King of Shaves oil in the past, but despite giving a smooth shave, the oil collects the beard and clogs the blades rather. With this gel you get the very best of both worlds - a low foaming gel, reducing friction on your skin and gliding the blade smoothly and the King of Shaves oil in the gel ensuring a safe shave.
It really is good and with the Gillette Mach 3 razor and blade I use - it ensures I get a close, safe, smooth shave each day. And as well as having to shave my beard each day - I have my bald head to keep smooth too - and it does the job - perfectly.
