Advantages: Not too expensive, non-drying and leaves your skin feeling and looking wonderful.

Disadvantages: Broke me out in spots.

I wanted to love this product!! I love a few of Liz Earle's other skincare products but for some reason this just doesn't work for my skin.
The pump is the best way in my opinion to purchase this product as it's a measured dose, enough for your face, neck and decolletage, however, for those on a budget, the larger tubes are more economical for the amount you purchase. You apply to a dry face and you can use this all around the eye area too. However, do not tug or drag the skin around this area as skin is so much thiner and I would therefore use a little more than needed around this area to allow for a generous, smooth flow of product to avoid this.

The muslin cloth (which I do love and use for other products even though the cleanse and polish product isn't a repeat purchase product for me ) should be dipped into warm water ( not hot, as hot water is not good for the skin ) and then drained until the cloth almost feels dry. Then simply wipe the muslin cloth all over the face, taking care around the eye area and watch all the dirt and make-up be transferred onto the cloth. ( This can be used by men and women and is not simply an effective makeup remover. )

The cleanse and polish, removed by the muslin cloths, do leave your skin soft and clean, without stripping your skin of its natural oils. However, one of the ingredients didn't agree with my skin and I broke out in spots after repeated use. That said, it's a lovely product to use and I wish I had less reactive skin as I would love to be able to use this on a daily basis.

Summary: The positives outweigh the negatives and you may just find your holy grail cleasner.
