Advantages: Natural products, very effective and worth the price paid
Disadvantages: Only currently available via mail order, QVC and some John Lewis stores
I first had of Liz Earle through my Mum who had been using it for a few years and was raving about the products. Anyway, as a Christmas gift, she bought me the the skincare set and I have never looked back since.
The Liz Earle range of products all come from natural ingredients. The cleanser contains almond milk, cocoa butter rosemary, chamomile and eucalyptus essential oil. It also has an incredibly pleasant smell which I really like in the mornings. All of the packaging is really well made too and looks great in your bathroom.
To use the product, you pump a small amount from the bottle (a small amount goes very far) and you then massage it into your face and neck. Using the muslin cloth that is provided in the starter pack, you then rinse this in lukewarm water to remove the cream whilst exfoliating your face at the same time. You then splash your face with cold water. Thats it...very simple and easy to use. Your skin care routine is then finished by using the Liz Earle skin tonic and skin repair moisturiser.
A beautican once told me that you can't use cheaper products on the market to look after your face and I know this is probably a gimmick by then to make you purchse their products, I would agree when it comes to the Liz Earle products. I will never go back to using another skin care range and highly recommend it to others.
The only small disadvantage to the products is that they can only be purchased by mail order or via QVC, however, in recent months, a number of John Lewis stores have now started to stock the products.
Summary: Highly recommend to all those wanting to look after their skin
