I had combination skin when I bought this, an oily, spotty T-zone, but dryish cheeks. My skin was the bane of my life, I was forever having breakouts. I also had a rash/eczema thing on my forehead next to my hairline, because this part was so very greasy.(I have a fringe) To use this, I wet my hands, pinched off a bit of paste, rubbed it for a few seconds in my hands and then smoothed it over my face. It's very soothing and calming to angry sore skin. Well, after about two months of using this, my spots have gone, my skin is calmer and my rash has gone entirely, which was AMAZING as it had been there for years, ever since puberty kicked in. (I'm now 16) The ... Read the complete review

Ingredients: Glycerine, Calamine Powder, Kaolin, Irish Moss Gel, Organic Aloe Vera Gel, Fine Sea Salt, Nori Seaweed, Sweet Orange Oil, Patchouli Oil, Carrageenan Extract, Perfume. I have been using this cleanser for a while now, alternating it with Ultrabland (for no other reason that I get bored using the same thing every day.) I had thought about reviewing this a few weeks ago, and was planning to point out one disadvantage: it comes packaged in paper. Very environmentally friendly and all that, but it got progressively soggier as time went on and looked messy and just plain WEIRD sitting in my bathroom. I know I could always have put it in a soap dish, but ... Read the complete review

Now I'm an absolute sucker for anything with seaweed in, I dont know why but theres some sort of pampering feeling that goes along with using a seaweed product. Unlike other mainstream brands this actually contains real strips of seaweed rather than just seaweed extract. The first thing I noticed about this was the weird blu-tac like texture I thought.. surely this wont work? But not only does it work tons better than the runny face washes (once you get the hang of it it lathers up nicely) but also cause you're not sloshing it on your face you are concious of how much to use and therefore waste alot less, making it last ages! I've noticed both on ... Read the complete review

The majority of LUSH's skincare look a bit odd to say the least. And then you touch them and somehow they become even stranger, with 'Aqua Marina' being no exception. I asked the LUSH staff which of their cleansers would be most suitable for my skin which was dry and irritated at the time. They recommended 'Aqua Marina' - A pink, seaweed infused, squidgy 'blob.' 'Aqua Marina' is described as a 'gentle, calming but effective cleanser which is a joy to use.' It uses a mix of calamine and aloe vera to sooth skin and is especially useful after sun or wind burn. The seaweed is used to cleanse deeply and tighten the skin and pores. It claims to give you firmer, ... Read the complete review

This review could be really, really short. I could simply say 'Unless you want to smell like a dead rotting fish, don't buy this product'. However, that wouldn't make a good review, and definitely wouldn't make for good reading. So I'll let you know everything I know about this product, and let you decide for yourself! I've been ordering from Lush quite a lot recently and seeing as I have tried nearly every item from their online store (ok, maybe not, but you know what I mean!), I decided to try something different. I had seen the Aqua Marina cleansing roll before and usually scrolled right past it without even taking time to read the description. The reason? ... Read the complete review
