Premium Review Lush Cosmetic Warrior Face Mask: Cosmetic Heaven!!! (829 words)

If you have read any of my previous reviews then you will have realised how much of a fan I am of all things from the shop Lush. When I last visited my local shop on the look out for a birthday gift for a friend and to grab some more of my ocean Salt Scrub I was very kindly given a pot of the Cosmetic Warrior Fresh Face mask to try. (I think it had something to do with the amount I had spent in the shop!) I had always looked at the fresh face masks before but for some reason had never brought one so the little sample pot that I had been given was a great way for me to give them a go. Lush offer a number of fresh face masks, all coming in the ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Assassination of the spot! (1167 words)

I've been suffering with my skin lately, If I haven't got spots, I've got dry skin, I just can't seem to win. I feel like I' having the skin I should have had at 14, at 24! It's certainly not a good look. As I'm a big fan of Lush products, I decide to try there for a miracle cure for my poorly skin. I told the girl in the shop that I needed something to help with my three huge spots, but needed to ensure it wouldn't dry my skin out at the same time. A lot of spot products dry the skin out as they reduce the oil levels in your skin, and as it isn't the oil in my skin causing spots, I didn't want this to happen. I think my bad skin is due to lack of sleep, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lush Cosmetic Warrior Face Mask: Keeps the vampires away! (356 words)

I really like the idea behind the Lush fresh face masks. They are indeed so fresh you have to keep them in your fridge. However saying that they then have to be used within roughly a month which if you don't have much time on your hands can be pretty hard going. This is the third of the Lush fresh facemasks I have tried, the other two being Love Lettuce which I really liked and Cupcake which dried my skin out too much. My skin is quite oily, however I also get dry skin after I have washed my hair and spots sometimes as well. So after persuing the range I plumped for Cosmetic Warrior as it said on the pot it was good for oily, troubled skin with ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Your Face Stinks! (906 words)

I recently tried (and reviewed) the Lush Cupcake face mask. It was good but I found it began to dry out my already dry skin, so I went in search of something more suitable for my skin type - I found Cosmetic Warrior. Now, this face mask is not the most appealing when you read the ingredients and give it a sniff, however I have used it a few times now and it really does work wonders; my skin has not been this good for ages! Usually garlic makes your breath a bit smelly, but now it also makes your whole face smelly! The face mask comes in a little black tub, I purchased mine from mail order, I believe it may come in different packaging if ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lush Cosmetic Warrior Face Mask: STAND BACK- Don't Come Any Closer! (891 words)

A recent trip to London meant (of course) a visit to Lush on Regent Street. I like to make the most of my visits because it saves me ordering from the website and having to pay for delivery so I didn?t hesitate to stock up. For some time now I have used the Lush mask of Magnaminty; an invigorating mix of herbs and natural oils and I find it very effective. I had no reason to stop using this mask other than the fact that I wanted a change. Seeing a whole shelf of different face masks laid out in front of me is so much more tempting than buying products from the website where I simply order my usual products ...  Read the complete review
