Advantages: great on dry skin, lasts ages

Disadvantages: price

I first came across this product when my boyfriend bought me a tub of it for Christmas one year. Lush wasn't somewhere I went as there wasn't one in the town where I lived and if I ever went shopping where there was one it wasn't somewhere I went as I viewed all the products as expensive.

The packaging is just a black tub, fairly plain. It tells you the product name, the weight (240g), who made it and when, it's best before date and a few other bits of information. The packaging isn't anything particularly fancy.

When I first received the product from my boyfriend I was quite surprised that he'd bought me body lotion as smellies is something we often try not to buy each other. He then explained that he'd be stuck for ideas and had gone into Lush. I have really bad eczema on my hands and find it hard to find a cream that doesn't stink or isn't greasy. For this reason half the time I just don't put anything on my hands. Anyway when he was in Lush he explained about my eczema and they recommended Dream Cream.

To be honest when he told me this I didn't get my hopes up too much as I'd tried all the other creams advertised and not found one I liked. I started using the cream pretty much instantly. At first I was using far too much, you only need a small amount of cream, as it really spreads and rubs in easily. The cream doesn't sting - which is a plus point for me, or anyone else who has particularly sensitive skin. There isn't really a scent/smell to the cream so you can keep topping it up and no one will notice any smell. The cream isn't greasy at all - don't you just hate it when you apply cream/body lotion then have to wash you hands to get rid of the grease - kinda defeats the point.

Anyway as I said I was quite sceptical about the cream, but after using it for a few day my eczema was clearing up and my hands feeling a lot softer. This is a cream I'd recommend to any one with dry skin. It might seem quite price at just under £10 for 240g but it lasts AAAGGGGEEEESSSS!

Well worth the money, if you're not convinced, go and ask for a sample!

Summary: a dream for dry skin
