The overall scent of this is one that will put you into a relaxed, calm state of mind but it won't send you to sleep - it will keep you awake,it will just make being awake less stressful. It's uplifting and beautiful. To use - you simply rub it onto whatever needs massaged! I reccomend using the side with the design,as the bumpy bits of the design help to get rid of any knots in your muscles. If the bar is too big or you find it hard to weild,the...more

Crowned Review Lush Each Peach (And Two’s A Pear): Getting Fruity (1003 words)

Like many men, I have a wariness of Lush products. Constantly being told I should try them by various female friends brings out my stubborn side and the combined smells wafting from the open doors of any Lush store frequently makes me sneeze. I was a Lush virgin and proud of it. That all changed recently. The cause of this was my girlfriend turning to me with a cheeky grin on her face and the company newsletter, the Lush Times, in her hand and asking if I realised that Lush also sold massage bars. Suddenly, the company started looking like a far better proposition. Having looked through the Lush Times, we had made our choice. Once in the store, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Lush Each Peach - Not just a massage bar (254 words)

The thing that really attracted me to this particular Lush bar was the smell. It really smells to me like Pick n Mix! Now why I would want to smell like Pick N Mix is something I haven't quite worked out but even so, I love this massage bar! Normally with my Lush massage bars I use them for their intended purpose - massaging. With this one however, I tend to use it as a perfume first and a massage bar second - just proving that Lush products can be very versatile. The scent I have found it increased by layering the bar on. What I do is to melt it between my hands and then rub a generous amount into my arms and chest area with a little on the neck ...  Read the complete review

As you'll be aware of if you've read my two previous reviews, I recently took a long awaited trip to Lush with the money I'd saved after not going to Lush for a month! I didn't buy much, but the stuff that I did buy was enough to make up for that. One of those things is Each Peach (and two's a pear) massage bar - one that I've been lusting after for a while now. For those of you who don't know, a massage bar is a solid bar of massage oils/butters/lotions which are useful in many ways. They usually come in different shapes/sizes and have patterns/prints on them. They are not only there for their softening oils, but can also relieve congestion, muscle tension ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review For a fruity experience (696 words)

I do love Lush's massage bars, and with the exception, perhaps, of the now discontinued Nutts bar, I have really loved them all. The latest I am to use is the Each Peach bar - one that was bought quite a while back, but somehow got relegated in favour of other body moisturisers. For those who are not familiar with Lush and their products, firstly I will explain the concept of a massage bar. Basically it's a solid bar made from butters (such as Shea and cocoa - not Lurpak and Kerrygold!) and essential oils. This bar when warmed on the skin melts down to give a sort of body oil and is fabulous for giving massages, and has the added benefit of moisturising the ...  Read the complete review

I'm quite a fan of Lush massage bars, they just seem to have more than one use. Apart from providing a bit of intimate fun with a partner they also moisturise your skin properly. Each Peach is a firm favourite of mine as it's ideal for a pick me up. I'm always reguarly stocked up on this bar as it never fails to let me down! The story behind Each Peach:- "The German store sell a lot of massage bars, and they asked Mark for some more fruity, more uplifting, wake up massage bars. Mark was happy to oblige and came up with this one, the name is taken from a popular children's rhyme that goes "Each Peach Pear Plum (which is by Janet ...  Read the complete review
