Stinky but good! (Lush Let Them Eat Cake Lip Balm)

I was given this lip balm as a gift by a friend, although I know that it is around £4 in store. This is an odd product, odd because it's one con could definitely be enough to stop me buying this product in future. Even though it actually works very well.
Let me explain....!
The packaging is very sweet, it is a small silver tin with a little circular sticker on both the front and back. The back one has the instructions on it and the top one is the fun product name "Let them eat cake". This tin can be a little bit fiddly to open and if you're a bit all fingers and thumbs you could have trouble ever accessing it! Once you screw off the top you are met with a whiteish lip balm (This goes on clear by the way). All you have to do is dab your finger on it and run your finger over your top and bottom lip. It smooths on very easily and your lips look instantly, visibly soft and supple. It gives you a nice sheen without looking like it's dripping off and the effects are long lasting.
Heres the con...or maybe not for some...the smell! It is supposed to smell like the boozy christmas cake you get served every year, and although I'm sure theres those that love it, I'm not one of them! This is extremely potent stuff, and although they do well to imitate the smell of the cake, i'd say this is certainly leaning more towards the alcoholic side! I actually thought there was alcohol in it, but theres not...it just reeks!
If you have ever smelt Sailor Jerrys rum, this is an absolute match of that.
So if you're partial to the smell of alcohol under your nose all day...fine...if not, then this might take some getting used to.
