Advantages: super product which is easy to use & does the job quickly

Disadvantages: may be discontinued?

Oh dear, having just been using my daughter's Japanese Girl Cleansing Bar from Lush, I've just read some reviews on Dooyoo telling me it's now discontinued? If so I'll be truly disappointed as it's one of the best products I've ever tried.

It looks rather uninspiring partly due to the colour which is the colour of oatmeal & partly the packaging which is a plain polythene bag with a basic Lush label which keeps it fresh & tells you how to use & what it contains.

Once opened & used though I can thoroughly recommend as it is an easy to use bar & defintitely gives quick results leaving the face feeling not only cleansed but also refreshed & very soft.

Lush recommend that you use the bar 3 - 4 times a week & you can apply in 2 ways; either gently rub straight onto the face or rub between your hands & apply. I must admit I was a bit dubious about using it as I'm so used to using creams but my daughter advised I try it as the results on her skin were so good.

I've used this bar both ways & the results were not only good but very quick & I could see & feel the difference in my skin a couple of minutes after I'd rinsed the last bit off.

The bar contains cocoa & shea butters but there's not the greasiness I've experienced having used other products such as L'Occitane. It also contains ground aduki beans which gently exfoliate the skin, juniper which helps detoxify & lemon & tea tree oil which help kill spots - who could ask for more from a single product which cost just £4.84?

If you manage to find some just be careful not to rub too hard as the exfoliator side of the bar is stronger than it looks & I'd also point out that you need to rinse it off very well. I'm off now to see if I can found any on Ebay etc & if not I think I may contact Lush to see if they can re-introduce it!
