Recently I developed a huge spot on my cheek just days before my holiday. How annoying is that? Why do spots only rear their heads for special occasions? I'm sure my skin is conspiring against me! Anyway, I had a look through my boxes of beauty stuff looking for something to get rid of the little devil, and decided to use one of my Lush Tea Tree Toner Tabs, as I've used them before, and they're fab at getting rid of spots. So what exactly is a toner tab? Well it's a tiny little tablet which you drop into a bowl of hot water, and then you put your face over the bowl in order to give yourself a facial sauna. You can then wipe the water over your face to tone ... Read the complete review

A Lush Tea Tree Toner Tab is an ideal size and shape to be popped in to the bottom of a gift bag for friends or loved ones or to be received from Lush with your shopping as a free sample and this is exactly how I received mine. I have been a fairly regular shopper in Lush recently and I received one of each of their toner tabs as a free sample over the past couple of months so check out my reviews for recent receives on the Vit C, Vit E and keep your eyes peeled in the future for any more toner reviews. This toner tab is small and a light green colour with lots of flecks of green within the tab, it has a large T on the front so that you can clearly see the ... Read the complete review

Walking around Lush with your best friend can be a very depressing experience. Me, well I'm on an economy drive (through choice) at the moment. Ever since I stuck 3 massive carrier bags in the bottom of my wardrobe (which were all new and untouched) crammed full of toiletries! I have to stop buying and like my Mum said if I feel like shopping open the door and grab something out of said wardrobe lol Lush I love. Not everything of late since they've stopped using palm oil in all their products which has in my opinion spoiled alot of the products such as the floating island bath melt which is now an off white instead of white and really doesn't smell so nice as ... As some of you may have noticed, I've been slowly working my way through the Lush shop. This is for a few reasons. One is because I love Lush and I'm utterly addicted. Two is because I like to try out lots of different products. Three is because if I am trying something new, I can pretty much knock £1 minimum off the price right there, as I'm likely to make at least that back here on Dooyoo by reviewing it. When I saw the new Toner Tabs in Lush, they were practically screaming out at me "we're free!!!!". Now Lush weren't giving them away (well actually they were if you spent over £20, but you could choose any new product on that offer so who is going ... Read the complete review

Due to being prone to the odd spot and break out I decided to try this product when I saw it in Lush, I have to say the price was very attractive(73p for the 5g tab) so I wouldn't have anything to lose. The toner tabs look like mini ballistics and the advised was of using them is to dissolve them in a sink of hot water, and place you face over it, while holding a towel over your head to stop the steam from escaping - so creating a mini tea tree sauna for your face. Although, it's best not to have the water too hot as it will be both uncomfortable and may cause the product to lose some of it's effectiveness. It's best to use the tab like this for around 10 ...
