I'm normally pretty good with my skincare regime and managed to cleanse and tone most nights... well that might be a slight exaggeration as if I've had a long day in work or been out drinking or am just too tired my skincare regime goes out the window. When I was younger I used to go to bed with a full face of makeup but have since discovered that it is best to make an effort to take it off, no matter how small!
