My little boy Harry is teething at the moment, and with that comes some very unpleasant nappies. He has never had nappy rash up until he started teething when he was 6 months old, although it wasn't too bad then. But since he has been having his big teeth at the back coming through, his rash has been dreadful, and I have had to resort to a strong cream to try and help protect his bottom and help the rash to go down a bit. Nappy rash is every parents nightmare, even the slightest rash can be very very painful and lead to an unhappy baby and parent. No matter how carefully you cleanse your baby bottom at changing time, this ugly rash will rear its spots. When James was tiny we tried a variety of nappies, some we had bought for us, some we had gained as samples and some we bought ourselves.
