Previously I've always been more than pleased with my purchases from Neal's Yard Remedies, but this was decidedly less than satisfactory. Although the case is lightweight, small and can easily be put in your pocket without creating those unsightly lip balm bulges (if bought in the 7.5g pot), nothing else can be said in its favour. It may contain 'moisturising carrot oil' but my lips were left feeling greasy rather than moisturised. The fragrance was sickly; it wasn't that it smelt too sweet, just downright awful.
