I found that the gel was much like soap, but designed for facial skin, and unlike other cleansers was not oily at all, and removed oil well.

Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser is a skin cleanser without microbeads aiming to clean deep into the pores, removing dirt, oil and grime and giving you a refreshing feeling. ~~~BOTTLE DESIGN~~~ The design of the bottle is a pump design, where you pump out the cleanser through the nozzle at the top.
