I love this product it certainly does meet expectations. Here is some useful product info:-

I use this quite regularly and have noticed that my lips don't dry out as much as they did when the heating is on in the office. I have also noticed that they appear a little deeper in colour making them look a lot healthier.
The balm has a minty taste to it which isn't too over powering and the appearance on lips is a clear gloss to start then you can't really tell you are wearing it. When it is first applied it gives your lips a slight tingling sensation and feels a little tacky at first but it soon dries to a smooth finish and I like to think this is how you know it's going to offer some protection. The product certainly does last as long as it claims as you can still feel it after drinking and eating and makes you lips feel silky smooth and they don't get that sticky feeling an hour after you have applied it.
I use it even when I don't have chapped lips as it makes them feel lovely. I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from dry chapped lips or even if you just want to improve the condition of your lips. Also it is relatively cheap for what you get from it and it lasts a fair while too!

I have edited this review as I think I may have reviewed the wrong product (sorry everyone!!!) The lip balm that I think is so good is the 6 hour protection balm by neutrogena which is very good as explained above.
