Ok so 2 in 1's sound great for busy people (like myself!). They mean a time saving way to achieve two results from one bottle. Sounds good so far- except there is no point in having a mask and cleanser in one. The point of a mask is a deep penetrating treatment that will give extra care and nourishment to your skin. This didn't achieve that result.
***Price***
£3 for 150ml
***Appearance***
Off white colour and quite thick and gooey as most creams look like. No discernable smell but fresh smelling in some way.
***Technique***
Wash face once with warm water to moisten it.
Apply lotion to wet hands and rub onto the skin. Rinse off. Don't expect much of a lather.
***Result***
I was hoping I would look like the girl who plays Lana Lang from the Nutrogena adverts but this cleanser did nothing much for my skin. By using it as a mask (leaving it on longer) it just gave my skin an incredibly uncomfortable tightness and I had to wash it off pretty quick (recommended time was 5 minutes).
I think other Dooyoo'ers had the same experience. I moisturized like mad afterwards and it took more moisturizer than normal to restore feeling to my face!
Deep-cleansing is useful because it means removing the skin of hidden
impurities but theres nothing special here that would do that. Of course the ingredients are practically invisible written in the smallest writing in the
world on the side of the box!
***Overall***
Its not expensive by any means but if it doesn't work then theres no point
to it! I tried this product but it didnt work for me compared to my normal cleanser
I would pass and get a separate cleanser and mask
Summary: Pass
