I used to suffer quite badly from teenage acne, but as I have got older this has cleared up and I now only get occasional spots. I do still however suffer from blocked pores and the occasional blackhead. I was in Superdrug a few months back looking for some make up remover, when I noticed they had a 3 for 2 deal on the Neutrogena Visibly Clear range. Being the sucker for an offer that I am, I picked up some face wipes, make up remover and these blackhead cleansing cushions. I've got through a couple of boxes of them now, so figured I could now accurately write a review. ***Neutrogena Visibly Clear Blackhead Eliminating Daily Cleansing ... Read the complete review

I've been looking for years to find a product that actually eliminates blackheads, and I'm still searching. When I bought the Visibly Clear cushions I thought they would be effective because they're a product of Neutrogena, a very popular brand, but I was disappointed. These can be bought from Superdrug for £4.49 so they're not too cheap, but you do get a box of 22 daily cleansing cushions. The product claims to eliminate blackheads and prevent their return. The cushions are round and are just a little smaller than a beer mat so they're a decent size. On the one side there are lots of small raised orange dots, these are to exfoliate. The otherside is smooth ... Read the complete review

Neutrogena are a leading brand of drugstore beauty products. Their products are especially aimed at teenagers, but can be used by all. They have a very extensive range, which can be found in most beauty shops (Boots, Superdrug etc) as well as supermarkets. I saw an advert on TV for their Visibly Clear Blackhead Eliminating Daily Cleansing Cushions. I wanted to try them because they claimed to eliminate and prevent blackheads. They retail at around £3.99 in Superdrug, but I got some for £2 from a discount store. They come in a box with grey and orange design. The product description is as follows: These breakthrough cleansing cushions combine gentle ... Read the complete review

Since hitting puberty I've always had problems with my skin. I've suffered with mild acne, black heads and a strange mixture of greasy yet flaky skin. Every girls nightmare! Although I've been prescribed treatment by the doctor for mild acne which has worked, I'd still struggled to find something that would combat my blackheads. Then I came across this. Despite reading some bad reviews and finding little if any good reviews about this product, I thought I'd give it a go! Anything on the supermarket/chemists shelves claiming to defeat blackheads, I've tried and tested it. Without any success. So one afternoon, on my weekly shop at ... Read the complete review

I was in Superdrug a little while ago and I saw these 'Blackhead Eliminating Daily Cleansing Cushions' and I thought they looked great! I have some blackheads on my nose and chin so I bought these and off I went home eager to try them out. The packaging is quite attractive. The product comes in a cardboard box which has a lid that lifts up and reveals the face pads inside in a clear plastic bag. The box has 'Visibly Clear' written on the top of it with information about the product written along the sides. It has the classic orange Neutrogena colour covering the top half of the top of the box and the rest of the box in a silver/grey colour. You get ... Read the complete review
