Advantages: Sligtly better than most., Neat little tube.

Disadvantages: £10, does not refine pores.

I have horrendous pores! Especially on my nose and chin. I slap on oil-free moisturiser, anti-shine lotions, oil-free foundation etc. etc, but they still poke through eventually! Like little pinheads.

So, when I cast my eyes on the Neutrogena "Visibly Refined" moisturiser in Boots I immediately had high hopes for it! Neutrogena claims it "Improves your skin texture and reduces the appearance of pores for visibly smoother more refined skin every time you use it!"

I have been using it night and day for 3 weeks now and I am disappointed in it. My pores remain as horrid as ever. My skin is still greasy in that T-zone area and spots still come aplenty!!! However, I have to say it is one of the better moisturisers I have used - the grease takes longer to fight it's way through my make-up, but at £10 a tube (30ml) I had higher hopes for it and I have used cheaper products that are the same in quality.

It has a SPF of 15 which makes it an all year round cream, it is dermatogically tested and is non-comedogenic.

So, yes, it is an "OK" moisturiser but if you are expecting it to dissolve those pores, be in for a disapointment. I won't buy it again. I will continue to search for something better.
