Advantages: makes skin soft
Disadvantages: gives spots, doesnt do what it claims
I decided to buy this product after hearing about all hype of using these types of machines on your face to clear and smoothen.
I figured it was worth trying out, plus the tv has been plastered with adds about it.
It claims to give fresher skin and get rid of any blemishes but for me it didn't do this.
To start it didn't foam up enough in the advert it looks as though it foams alot when in fact there's hardly any foam, I got the duo one and use the most vigorous setting and it still seemed very light, almost not harsh enough but after using, I could already tell the difference on how much smoother and cleaner my skin felt.
I had some problems with it turning on I continued using it despite it just turning on when it wanted too or the two different settings not even working (it just stayed on the highest setting and maybe I just had a bit of a faulty one!?). It died on me after only a week.
If you have acne-prone or sensitive skin I suggest you don't use this every single day. I did and although it made my skin feel smooth it gave me spots.
It removed make up well but I felt a bit dry afterwards like i needed extra moisturizer to replenish my skin.
I paid £9 for this from boots and I don't think its worth half of that. The pads don't last long at all and are really expensive so Ill probably just throw it now.
I really wouldn't waste your money on this product as its a pile of crap!
Summary: a wave of crap
