I am really a bit of brand committed person, and do not tend to experiment with my does, aftershaves and perfumes. In fact whenever I go to my regular buying spots they scarcely ask what brand they will provide as for those toiletries and generally fish out the stuff the moment I ask for my does, after shaves, blades... The only Nivea product I use is the Nivea for men, the five in one for men. I don't switch my brands for the simple reason I belive that what suits you better why change it. One pertinent reason for this is that I am a but allergic and I have got a very sensitive skin. I do have use a disinfictant. I am prone to barber's itch and specially ... Read the complete review

For any man that needs to shave on a regular basis, this is an essential item to have in your store cupboard. Normally I will shave between once and twice a week, so protecting the skin afterwards and retaining mositure within the skin is very important. When shaving I often begin to feel the stinging pain and redness after finishing my shave that can last for a few hours. When I first began shaving, it was hard to get used to the stinging sensations that follow with shaving, and I think my skin is quite sensitive. After initially covering my face in the cream, there is a really strong stinging pain for a minute or two. However, it does help to calm and sooth ... Read the complete review

Having a beard means I don't shave very often just now and then to keep my beard shaped. This unfortunately means that my skin isn't used to the rather harsh treatment it receives whilst shaving. After shaving I am often left with a slight rash and redness around my neck. Using aftershave doesn't improve this condition in fact in some instances it worsens the rash. My son uses Nivea aftershave balm, which I've used on a couple of occasions and found to be very effective in easing the rash and the discomfort, associated with it. I was therefore decided purchase my own bottle to use on a more regular basis. I have shaved a few times since and after ... Read the complete review

Most blokes will probably agree with me when I say that shaving can be an extremely painful experience. After experimenting with a mach 3 razor and several different shaving foams and gels, as well as a number of different rechargable shavers, my personal favourite for getting a really close shave is my rechargable Remington RS 4843 shaver. However, electing for a dry shave has not reduced the unpleasant itching and burning sensation I suffer after shaving as I thought it may have done, thus I realised that I needed a product which could combat this, as well as getting rid of the redness on my face. Nivea for Men after shave balm does just this. It is available ... Read the complete review

Once a shave is completed, the next step normally (after stemming the flow of any blood) is to put on aftershave (this is quite often followed by men screaming and dancing around the bathroom as if possessed). The problem is that nearly all aftershaves contain a large amount of alcohol and/or other chemicals that help to remind men that freshly scraped skin is tender. For years men have suffered this little known pain, maybe not in total silence, but they have held their chins up high, none the less. Nivea for men after shave sensitive balm, changes the need for this, it is a milky liquid with a consistency that is slightly thinner than single ... Read the complete review
