Nivea Extra Enriched Lotion--Great for dry skin! (Nivea Extra Enriched Lotion)
Member Name: hannah_banana
Advantages: Unlike a lot of lotions, this doesn't just moisturize the surface. It goes DEEP. Disadvantages: Some people might find it a bit too greasy--but I don't! I've got the sort of really dry skin that goes really white and flaky if I don't moisturize regularly, and I absolutely love this lotion because its got vitamin E, Provitamin B5 and lots of other goodies that mean it really nourishes my skin. My skin feels so much softer and firmer after I use it. Yes, it is thicker and may take longer to absorb than some lotions, but that is because it is not full of the alcohol and other useless stuff that other lotions have. Lots of lotions have a really nice effect...that wears of after an hour or so. This one lasts. I love it because I used to have to moisturize more than once a day but now with this, one aplication is enough. It leaves my body nice and shiny, which is great when I wear short skirts and sleeveless tops. However, because it is quite thick and greasy, I wouldn't recommend that you use it unless you have really dry skin. If your skin is dry, but not VERY dry, I would recommend that you use Nivea Soft, a less greasy, more water-based moisturizer that works wonders for skin that is only moderately dry. (I use it on my face) Summary: Great for skin that is VERY dry |
