Niviea Lip care Pear Shine. Now i normally use Nivea lip care but i use the one in the blue packaging. But whilst trawling round the supermarket i spotted this lovely pink packaging. On reading the packet it said it left lips with a pearl shine... brilliant, i'll have some of that. Price £1.68 for 4.8g Comes in a pocket/purse sized container which you twist like a lipstick to use. The stick its self is pink with a really nice shine to it and has a nice smell to it which i havent yet put my figure on what it is it smell of. When apllied it feels quite greasy yet moisturising at the same time. The only problem i find is that ... Read the complete review

Over the past week I have had a bad cold and my lips have been feeling very dry and chapped. When this happens to me, I usually use vaseline or Lypsol. When out doing some shopping, I had forgotten to take either of these with me. I went into Lloyds the Chemist to buy some, as I didn't want to go without for most of the day. I had a look around and spotted Nivea Lip Care on a special offer, and I decided to give it a try. The lip care comes on a flat piece of cardboard, with a blister pack attached, and the lip care is inside this. I had chosen the Pearl and Shine lip care because I thought this might give my lips a touch of colour. It ... Read the complete review

During the winter, my lips become very dry, skin peels off and they split and crack which makes them very sore and bleed. When I was at boots, I noticed some lip care in a nice pink tube reduced to £1. I decided in my hour of need to give it a whirl. Nivea lip care comes in a pink tube. It is very similar to lipstick simply unscrew the pink part and then you are left with a white tube that holds the lip salve inside. The lips salve is also pink it is about 4 cm long so will last a little while. I applied the lip salve to my lips the same as I would a lip stick. The lip salve smells lovely it actually smells a bit fruity but I am not sure what the smell is. The ... Read the complete review

I usually use Nivea lip care Velvet Rose, but when I found that my local store only stocked the Pearl and Shine version I had to buy it as I can't be without my lipbalm and I really do like the Velvet Rose version so I though this one would be the same. The lipbalm itself comes in a pink tube with a pull off lid and you just twist the balm stick up and apply. It is a pale pink colour and it is supposed to give your lips a shimmery pink shine to them. It did feel nice and made my lips feel better. I don't actually think my lips are sore, I just have got so used to using lipbalms that my lips feel dry without them. It has quite a slippery feel to ... Read the complete review

I bought this Nivea lip care pearl shine in the light pink shade for about 3 quid at Sainsbury's. I wanted a lip balm to soothe the dryness and keep my lips moisturised all through the day. What caught my eye and got me interested in this particular one, was that it wasn't just a lip balm, but it would give lips a hint of colour with a pearl shine. I like wearing lipsticks with a frost effect, as I find that very flattering. Since this lip balm was only about 3 pounds, I thought I'd give it a try. What I noticed was that the formula was quite creamy for a balm, which I didn't think was a bad thing. It went on smoothly and left my lips pale ... Read the complete review
