Nivea Lip Care Sun

I hate my lips being dry; it's as simple as that! I have a problem with this all year round. In the summer the wind and sun dries them out and in the winter the cold weather does the job. When my lips are dry I make matters worse by constantly licking my lips and then wiping them dry. Consequently I have different lip balms in drawers around the house and more in my handbags. I have ones in little pots, ones in little tubes and others are the lipstick style ones. After using a facial moisturiser I began to get dry skin around my mouth and sore lips, giving me what I thought to be the joker smile. Not knowing what to do I tried all kinds of lip cream but they just seemed to make matters worse.
