How I wish I was young again ( I'm not that old really!!) When looking for a new face cream I'm bombarded with the word ANTI-WRINKLE!!

All I want is a lovely smooth cream to gently put onto my face every morning, but every jar I pick up says things like " With age the skins ability to produce energy within its cells is reduced. As a result the skins defence is not as effective, new wrinkles appear and existing wrinkles deepen!!" How Depressing!

So after accepting that it can only get worse, unless I use this Nivea Visage
Anti-Wrinkle Q10 plus Light Day Cream I decided to go for it!

This face cream comes in a white box with a clear panel on the front so you can see the jar inside. ( on the front of this box alone the word wrinkle is used 4 times!!). On opening the box I take out the small jar and see that it
has a screw on lid when removing this you then discover that it has a foil seal, which is good as apart from keeping it really fresh you know that nobody has pampered with is.

This is a very light creamy colour and has the lovely smell that all Nivea products seem to have, a really fresh clean smell. I put some onto my freshly
cleaned face and it is heaven, it glides on all over really easily and my skin feels so so soft when I next put on my foundation it just goes on so smoothly.

This comes in a 50ml jar and is recommended for around the 45 year age group according to the box. It also claims on the box that "The apperance of fine lines is visibly reduced within hours!", "Expression wrinkles is minimised within 3 weeks!"and "The apperance of deeper wrinkles is reduced in only 4 weeks!" so here's hoping !

This cream comes with SPF15 and has been made from the same formula as
the original Nivea Anti Wrinkle Q10 Plus, but they decided to make a" Light "
version which is good for combination and oily skin. This cream sinks right into the skin without feeling greasy on your face, just lovely and soft!

I was lucky when I got this cream at Boots as they had put it on a reduced
shelf at £4.00, I knew it would normally cost a lot more and couldn't understand why it was this price. So I wandered over to the display counter
for Nivea and found that the price there was £9.78. On looking closer at the
box ( which I spent ages doing!) the only difference I could find that on the
top corner in the smallest writing it said "New Scent", apart from that it was
exactly the same. I went back and grabbed another one. When I went to the cashier to pay she said was there anymore and I told her there was, where she replied that if I grabbed another one I would get it free as there was a promotion on 3 for 2 on all nivea goods!! What a great cashier!!!

So hoping I keep liking this cream I've enough to last for ages, just getting back to the "Wrinkle" word I have managed to count it being mentioned 14 times on the box alone!!

Summary: Great face cream from Nivea! Get rid of those WRINKLES!
