Advantages: Does its job

Disadvantages: Quite expensive

Yes I'm the first to admit that my skin is anything from perfect. A lot of people will disagree with me as I'm lucky enough to have natural
bronzed looking skin and I look toned even though I'm not. Oh if those people only knew...

See the truth is that my skin is dry and feels like jelly when its
touched (OK, I exagerate slightly but its just so you get my point). Anyway, when I first saw an advert for this new skin firming cream I thought "great!" and rushed out to Superdrug to buy it. I was horrified to discover that it was almost £5 for a 200ml bottle. Which to be honest seemed completely useless to me as I need to moisturise twice a day at least. I thought that that bottle wouldn't even last a week.

So I didn't buy it. A few weeks later when shopping in a Supasave store I noticed the same bottle for only £1.99. Bargain! So I bought a bottle to see if it worked.

I used it the next day after taking a shower and noticed imediately that my skin looked softer and more firm. It left my skin feelingsupersoft and slightly dewy. It also absorbed very well, it sort of melted into my skin.

The smell wasn't too bad either. I can't really describe it. I suppose its sort of an unoriginal smell, just a regular smell for body lotion.

All in all, I'd say that if you have the money its worth buying. I don't suppose that its really expensive but for me the bottle only lasts between 1 and 2 weeks and as the place where I used to buy it for £1.99 has closed down I have to pay £3.79 for it (which is quite a lot for a recently unemployed school student).

I have also found a much better alternative which improves skin suppleness and a whole load of other benefits beside skin firming and it you get more for the same money (thats St Ives Swiss Formula Collagen Elastin by the way).

Have been wondering about that St Ives Collagen stuff - bought the firming gel for the face and its pretty good, so will give the body stuff a go, thanks!
