Advantages: Lovely to use and feels light but effective

Disadvantages: Terrible dispensing system

My purchase of this product was from B and M Bargain Madness for I think £3, which against the RRP of roughly £14, is very good.

I was looking for another moisturiser after running out of my Lush poduct and not being able to afford another Lush one I decided to have a look in the local discount store, and Nivea is definitely a name to trust so I had no hesitation whatsoever in purchasing it!!

I do not use moisturiser every day, nor do I always take my make up off on a late night I'll admit, but I thought a moisturiser was a well needed move as I always hear that it is best to start using young.

The packaging=
An aluminium bottle with a dispenser that is somewhat like a shaving cream dispenser that pumps down and comes out of a very small opening on the top, it looks attractive I think, and has plenty of useful information on it.

There is one major flaw though. The tiniest push of the top squirts out as much product as it wants, and is extremely wasteful if you do not want to use so much. It annoys me so much that it spoils the whole product and unfortunately I could not consider buying it again.

The white cream smooths easily onto the face and sinks in impressively even though it is a rather thick consistency quickly leaving a very subtle sheen, no shine though whatsoever. I use up to my eye area and have never suffered any problems just putting it around the eye area too so maybe one to try for the sensitive skinners out there.

Due to it sinking in so quickly it makes it a pleasure to use and means you haven't got to hang around before applying make up for too long, I felt it left my skin feeling 'plump' and freshened and lovely and soft.

In summary I am pleased I picked this up for the price I did and feel like it is lasting me a while even though it is so wasteful by giving me way more than I actually want which is so frustrating, but I think any woman would find it to be beneficial. It makes you feel dewy, slightly glowy and provides a great base for your foundation and powders so worth getting if youm can see it cheap.

3 out of 5, knocking it down because of the badly designed dispensing system.
