Advantages: Q10 is an excellent product to help against long term skin aging.

Disadvantages: Will not necessarily give you a result if you are already a sophisticated skincare user,

I really wanted to like this product, because I think it's important to get across the point that it's the ingredients that can have a positive effect, not the price tag ! That said, it didn't really do much for me.

Q10 is one the buzz-ingredients of the moment to help combat the signs of aging and it does so by helping to protect our skin from free-radical damage ( ie. it acts like an antioxidant ) to enable somewhat healthy collagen and elastin production. Our bodies naturally slow down the production as we age and so it's important that we do what we can to help prevent further loss to this production.

So I love how ingredients like this can be used in creams for everyone's budget, but my skin saw no visible change. However, please note that I'm in my thirties and use other forms of antioxidants such as vitamin C type products and therefore my skin was perhaps not lacking in ingredients that will help make a difference. However, for those of a certain age ( concerned with aging on the skin ) who use a very basic skincare regime and would like to help their skin look as good as it can on a budget, I would almost certainly give this a go. I'm impressed with the ingredient Q10 in general so, I'd recommend a product like this regardless of the results I had with it.

Summary: A great antioxidant based skin cream.
