... N0.7 Beautifully Balanced Purifying Cleanser. This cost about £8.50, I am unsure of the exact price so with the voucher it only cost £3.50, a bargain for something from the No.7 range. The Purifying Cleanser is for Oily / Combination skin and it cleans, refreshes and leaves skin shine free. It is fragrance free, non-drying and pH balanced. It cleans away excess oil, purifies pores and leaves skin feeling clean. I really like this product, as a rule I prefer to use face wipes but this cleanser is just as good. ...more

I prefer to use cleansers with cotton wool that absorb into your skin rather than foaming cleanser face washes, I usually prefer to use this on a morning, and wash my face with a scrub on the evening. The reason being is before I apply my make-up on a morning I don't want it to look as if it's been dried out by a face wash, and a good cleanser can help asborb excess oil whilst leaving the skin smooth. I bought this cleanser in Boots when they were doing one of their many £5 vouchers. Basically you got a voucher from the till when you spent at least £5 in Boots, this voucher entitled you to £5 off No7 or Ruby & Millie. You can tell when this voucher is ...  Read the complete review

I recently had a £5 voucher redeemable on Boots No. 7 products which Boots were giving away when you spent money in store. Having never really bought much from the Boots No.7 range I wasn't sure what to spend it on but I needed some new cleanser so I thought I would give this product a try. It is called Beautifully Balanced Purifying Cleanser and it is for oily and combination skin. Boots claim that it "sweeps away excess oil, purifies pores and softens your skin to leave it feeling clean and matte." It comes in a 200ml bottle with a lift off cap and a pump dispenser. It is quite a simple but classy bottle with no pictures just some ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Boots No.7 Beautifully Balanced Purifying Cleanser: Clean and clearer! (485 words)

No.7 Beautifully Balanced Purifying Cleanser, 200ml £7.50 (which will earn you 28 advantage card points worth 28p) I'm not usually one for using those cleansers that you use cotton wool pads to apply as they never seem to make my skin feel completely clean. During the summer my skin can get quite oily and if I'm feeling a bit run down I can be prone to breakouts, So off I popped to my local Boots store where the consultants are used to hearing me rant about my crappy skin! They recommended this cleanser as apparently it's 'great for deep down cleansing without adding excess oil', or something like that. Anyway, I used it ...  Read the complete review

Having never used any Boots No7 products before i was slightly dubious. They are more expensive than own brand but i can be a bit of a cosmetic snob and equally didnt put their skincare and makeup in the premium bracket. Having used Simple cleanser and toner for several months and it not clearing up my skin (although the moisturiser is great) i decided to give this a go on recommendation from a friend. She has lots of the No 7 range (the protect and perfect) and used to work in a store. I decided on the Beatifully Balanced purifying cleanser as i have combination to oily skin which is prone to breakouts, using it with the matching toner (review to follow), ...  Read the complete review

Boots are often giving away vouchers that offer £5 off the No.7 range and as like many of you I'm sure, I am not one to miss out on a bargain. Many of the products in the No.7 range are well over £10 therefore I always keep a lookout for the cheapest item I can buy so that I'm getting something for next to nothing. I usually redeem these voucher off No.7 face wipes as they only cost £6.50 but I started to get quite a stock of these so decided to try something else and got N0.7 Beautifully Balanced Purifying Cleanser. This cost about £8.50, I am unsure of the exact price so with the voucher it only cost £3.50, a bargain for something from the No.7 ...  Read the complete review

Products similar to Boots No.7 Beautifully Balance...

Cheap, all-in-all a good moisturiser Some may not like the smell (cucumber)

Great price, simple design, no overpowering smell. Stings a little if applying to very sore or broken skin.

It made my skin feel great I couldn't peel it off - but it was my own fault

Cleaner, more toned skin. Nothing

Softest skin ever Some people might find the scent overly sweet.

Gets rid of excess dirt, refreshing, ok to use daily, Not as sensitive as it says it is.
