Advantages: Absorbs quickly, very light, and keeps skin well hydrated.
Disadvantages: More suited for the summer, but the fluid is too light too give enough UV protection.

A day moisturiser lotion
Special features?
*************
This daily moisturiser comes in two types - for normal combination skins, and one for dry sensitive skins. This review will focus specifically on the latter.
The moisturising lotion claims to contain Aloe and Camomile to help sooth, calm and relieve dry sensitive skin. A vitamin blend that includes vitamins B3 & E, and pro-vitamin B5 to help re-texturise, promote and maintain healthy looking skin.
The moisturiser also contains a SPF 15 filter to help prevent premature ageing.
How do I use it?
************
This is intended as a day-time moisturiser that can be used daily. Apply a sparing amount and thoroughly massage onto face and neck.

Compared with its cream version this lotion is much lighter and thinner in consistency. Generally, I find it absorbs into the skin quite easily. I tend to have a combination of oily, dry and sensitive skin, so on some days I find the moisturiser leaves a sheer layer of grease and sheen on my face. This often means the lotion doesn't want to absorb and can look awful particularly if you're not planning on applying make-up afterwards. However, I find applying some powder paper often mattifies the appearance.
I have noticed the texture of my skin improve slightly and is generally softer. As well as being a good moisturiser, the lotion is quite good as a base for make-up. Applying make-up is usually hassle free, no smudges or oily residues that create blotches. However, having mentioned the greasy sheen that it leaves, this actually does help my make-up blend better, though sometimes it can also help dissolve it!
The lotion is quite light, generally I prefer to use this during the summer. Though it has as UV filter, as the lotion is so light sometimes I feel that there isn't enough protection against the sun - applying more wouldn't really help as I have tried that and it makes my face appear greasier, if I apply too much this often shows up through my make-up and constantly applying more powder just doesn't help things. For winters, the cream version seems to be much better at protecting the skin, the benefits are more concentrated and more effective - whereas the light cream doesn't quite hold it.
Price?

Around £4.99 for a 100ml bottle. This usually lasts me a good two months with regular use.
Overall?
******
Generally, I find this an effective moisturiser, it has a lovely mild floral fragrance and keeps my skin hydrated and also helps to calm some sensitive parts of my skin. I do find this quite greasy at times, so to avoid this I just alternate with another moisturiser. Overall, I would recommend this as a good light moisturiser, though not so suitable for those who have combination oily skins.
Thanks for reading, xx
