Olay seem to have a new range of moisurisers out every year, I remember when I was a child all they had was the one bottle of "Oil of Ulay" moistuising fluid, I seem to remember it being pink and stinging my face as soon as i put it on.

The Olay Complete Care range is one step up from their most basic range "classic care" and as far as I can tell the only difference between the day cream in the classic range and this one is the level of sun protection and im presuming the price.

The is both a cream and a fliud for day and there is a "original" lets call it and a "sensitive" version of both.

The one I use is the original day fluid. I chose the fluid as I thought it would be lighter and more easily absorbed for my greasy skin, another reason was the broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen spf15, I wanted to have a moisuriser for wearing outside in the summertime so I wouldnt get burnt but didnt want to pay too much for it.

The fliud as opposed to the cream with comes in a pot, is in a squeezy 100ml cream bottle with black screwtop lid, the fluid can come out of the bottle when upside down without even squeezing it so I learned to keep it upright. It is useful though for when it is becoming empty you can get the last bits out easily by taping on the bottom rather like a tomato ketchup bottle.

The complete care range states that it is suitiable for all skin types so I was doubtful that it would be light enough for my greasy complextion but, I was pleasantly suprised that the fluid is very light to the touch and not sticky at all, it absorbs instantly into my skin and does not make it feel greasy at all, there is an instant smoothness to my skin after applying and seems to give my complextion a "glow".

My face has not once been burnt or even pink since I began using this product two summers ago, and I have used it on the rare hot days we have had! I would recommend this product to all for sunny day wear. If you have sensitive skin go for the sensitive version but I didnt have any irritation all with my "original" version. It is 2.98 a bottle at tescos now which is a bargain!
