Advantages: Inexpensive, non greasy, quickly obsorbed moisturising fluid suitable for all skin types.
Disadvantages: None
Complete Care Moisturising Fluid by Oil of Olay is dermatologically tested and a proven non-comedogenic moisturiser for daily use. The fluid is white in colour with a smooth, creamy consistency – it has the usual light, pleasant fragrance, which most Olay products have. Less is more with the product, as only a tiny amount is required to moisturise the whole face and neck area. The fluid is quickly absorbed into the skin and I have noticed that it does not leave my skin feeling greasy, as does Olay’s Active Beauty Fluid. It is recommended that this moisturiser be used every morning after cleansing, on the face and neck as its moisturising properties last all day. It also protects your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays, which are responsible for more than eighty percent of the signs of ageing skin. Complete Care box states that the product contains vitamins and minerals; however, I am not sure which ones as the list of ingredients is rather long and too complex for me to identify them. Complete Care comes in a plastic “squeeze” bottle with a black screw top and is available in two sizes, 100ml bottle which costs around £5.99 and 200ml which is £10.99 which I believe makes this product one of the cheapest in the Olay skin care range. It is available from Boots (which is where I got mine from), and most large supermarkets where it is often on offer. I have been using this product now for several months and have been extremely please with the results obtained from it – my skin feels much softer and smoother which seems to last nearly the whole day. It also makes an excellent base for foundation and makeup and is suitable for normal, dry, oily and combination skin. It is made in Ireland by Procter & Gamble UK of Weybridge, Surrey – the Olay website is: www.olay.com/uk/ where at the moment they are giving away samples of their “Touch” face cream. I highly reco
mmend Complete Care, especially in the 100ml size, which is small enough to take with you when on the move.
