I stayed at my dad's recently and didn't take any face cream so ended up buying a day cream and a night cream as well as I suffer with dry skin mostly... My friend and I went into a B&M store and she spotted 'Olay Double Action Night Cream' for normal/combination cream for only £1.79 in a 50 ml plastic tube which was great for transporting. My mum uses Olay and swears by it so I figured that it couldn't hurt someone my age either, lol! The box was pink and said 'nourishing & regenerating' on the front with a big write up on the sides. I have used this product since the mid-80s when it was called Oil of Ulay! Occasionally I get tempted by some of the more expensive creams such as ROC, L'oreal, Nivea etc....but i always come back to the Oil Of Olay, it has by far the best effect on my skin. Both of the beauty therapists that I have used told me I had lovely soft skin. Things I like about the cream. You can buy it anywhere (including supermarkets where it is the cheapest), it is reasonably priced, I tend not to spend more than £5 on a pot and buy a couple when I find it discounted. This cream is gorgeous - I started using it on return from holiday with my tan. I use it every morning AND night - it makes my skin beautifully soft and prolongs my tan from peeling! It easily packaged, a nice consistency and your skin really drinks it up and this means there is no greasiness left behind. I apply in the morning also under my makeup and it creates a fantastic base once soaked in after around 20 mins. Your skin and makeup stays fresh all day.
