Advantages: Nice and moisturising :)

Disadvantages: A bit thin :(

I stayed at my dad's recently and didn't take any face cream so ended up buying a day cream and a night cream as well as I suffer with dry skin mostly...

My friend and I went into a B&M store and she spotted 'Olay Double Action Night Cream' for normal/combination cream for only £1.79 in a 50 ml plastic tube which was great for transporting.

My mum uses Olay and swears by it so I figured that it couldn't hurt someone my age either, lol!

The box was pink and said 'nourishing & regenerating' on the front with a big write up on the sides.

Made by Procter & Gamble in Ireland, this stuff is fine to use once opened for up to a year...

Olay say you can wake up to beautiful soft skin everyday by using this at night by pampering yourself by rubbing this into your face and neck every night.

It is dermatologically tested and ph neutral and the write up says it will nourishes your skin during the night to help replace moisture lost in the day, then it gets technical talking about the skin's hydro-lipidic film.

The cream says it's non greasy and easily absorbed and enhanced the skin's own moisture balance too...

When I tried it was light and did absorb quickly. The only thing I would say is it needed two layers to feed my skin properly but it wasn't greasy at all.

I think it did help moisturise my skin overnight as it didn't feel so tight, nor did I have a reaction of any kind.

The tubes is dead handy to carry around and it wasn't expensive so I think this is worth four stars overall :)

Summary: Worth the money :)

The only thing with the advertising with moisturisers is that they always put on beautiful young women on it why dont they put older women and you can see if it really works. Good review again. GX

I have used Olay (on and off) since I was young and it is very good and one I always go back to. Great info. I love B&Ms. They sell Brand names so reasonable : )
