I have always been a big fan of the Olay products as I've used it now for years. My mum used it before me so I think I was just following in her footsteps like most young girls do. Olay was first produced in South Africa. It has been a Procter and Gamble product since 1985 and became one of their Billion dollar brands in 2003. Apparently the name Oil of Olay was chosen by the producer (a chemist called Graham Wulff) because it was a spin off of the word Lanolin which was the key ingredient.
