I have very problem skin, spotty in places and very dry in others. I also have fairly sensitive skin and cannot use anything which contains strong perfumes. I have been searching a very long time for something that would help and I think I may finally have found it! I had been using the Olay Regenerist Daily Regenerating Cream wash which had made some improvement in my skin. It was feeling softer but I still had some dry patches and was still a bit spotty, which let's face it at 26 years old is not a good look. I saw this Thermal Skin Polisher next to the Cream Wash in Boots for £7.50. It was a little more expensive but I had a gift voucher so I thought I may ... Read the complete review

Having been introduced to Olay as a result of some in-depth market research a sparkling tube caught my eye when I passed through Boots one day. Part of the Olay Regenerist range, Olay Regenerist Thermal Skin Polisher was the product in question. The bumph on the product tells me that this is a daily self-heating exfoliating treatment that, with regular use will produce the look of a mini-peel. OK, so what the heck does that mean? I like exfoliating cleansers and I recall using a self-heating face mask many years ago and enjoying that so it sounded OK. The product itself is a lilac-coloured creamy substance that dispenses from the sun-cream-like ... Read the complete review

Being a fan of Olay products when I had a £5.00 of voucher to use against certain brands of products in Boot's I headed straight over to see what bargain I could grab! Now this product is one I hadn't used before but promising a 'mini dermo abrasion' if used regularly grabbed my attention and my voucher and £1.50 out of my purse and home it came with me to live in my bathroom! I suffer combination skin, in the worst way possible. Dry skin, deep frown wrinkles, oily t-zone, blackheads, some white heads, open pores and spots. I do like to wash my face but like most people find soap and stuff too drying so I do purchase facial washes and the like weekly. The ... Read the complete review

Since I first used a thermal face mask I have been a big fan of thermal beauty products and I just love that feeling as they heat up on your face, opening your pores. Olay's Regenerist Thermal Skin Polisher was a chance purchase for me: I had a £5 off voucher from Boots for any Olay product and so when I saw this one at £7.34 it seemed well worth a try. It claims to (with regular use) achieve the look of a mini peel, leaving your complexion flawless and renewed. It's packaged in a 125ml black flip top squeezy tube. It's actually quite difficult to squeeze any of the product out as the lotion itself is very thick so does require a bit of elbow grease and isn't ... Read the complete review

As Boots are kind enough to give out £5 skincare vouchers every now and then I often feel obliged to make use of them (clever marketing!) and try out new products or save money on ones I'd buy anyway. It gives me an opportunity to try out products outside my normal repertoire. So with voucher in hand I found the Olay range and found Olay Regenerist is included. This particular product promises to 'regenerate the skins appearance for a beautifully polished texture and vibrancy'. Apparently achieving the look of a mini peel with regular use. It's a self-heating exfoliating treatment, so, as a product it should help in opening the pores, allowing for ... Read the complete review
