I bought a Shade-a-Babe from Outlook's website early last summer, and I have found it to be brilliant. I have a Mothercare stroller type buggy, and had previously used a parasol to shade my daughter, (then aged around 5-6 months). i found that the parasol had to be constantly repositioned, and was always blowing around in the wind. I had seen the Shade-a-Babe advertised in parenting magazines, and thought that it seemed like the ideal solution. these are great for holidays abroad or indeed uk when we have the sun!! and because of the uv protection I didnt need to put greasy suncream on a new baby,it also seemed to keep the baby cooler,a god send on the beach with a new born no need to drape towels etc over the pram , keeps the baby protected from harmful rays , keeps the sand at bay,and longterm cheaper than sun ...
