Time is the commuters worst enemy. Every second is precious. From the second the alarm clock goes off to the second you take your seat on the train, everything is precisely timed. In my quest for ever greater efficiency in the mornings (in order to extend my precious sleep-time) I looked at where the time went. Phillishave – The best a man can get? Well, if mine is anything to go by – then the answer has to be yes! I have had my “Cool Skin” for about 12 months now, and it is indeed a fine performer. My brother also has one (coincidence) and speaks just as highly of his. We have both had problems with shave burn. (Ouch!) So much so, that neither of us shaved everyday, it was just too painful. Who wants to use one of those wet razors if it means that a fighter jet will fly through your window? After all, that?s what happens in the adverts, and they are always true to life. Anyway, I suppose I should start by explaining why I now prefer the Philishave which I got rather than those bloodthirsty manual devices. Reviews of shavers are often misleading. They key to a good review of any electric shaver is to set the context of the reviewer. Its not good enough to describe the shaver, one must define the personal situation that determines whether the shaver was deemed useful or not by the person reviewing it.
