... be rubbish. I went to Argos and bought it. I got it home and my first impression was very good. It looked nice, it was nicely made and it felt nice to hold. It came in a hard plastic case with a compartment for the recharger. I charged it up and used it. Not impressed. I had to use my old razor just to get something approaching half decent. After several years using cheap, foil shavers, I decided it was time to get something a bit better. I had already decided to get a Philips razor and looked through the Argos catalogue to see what was what. I decided to get the HQ686 for £59.50. I decided to get this one because it had what Philips call Quadra action. This means that the circluar heads float to follow the contours of your face. The razor can be cleaned by rinsing it under the hot water tap (much better than cleaning it with a brush). It can be run straight from the mains or be fully charged up for use on the move.
