Great as a rich night-time eye moisturiser (Philosophy Hope in a Tube)
Member Name: jools_uk
Advantages: Loads of moisture, lasts ages and ages Disadvantages: Might be too rich for puffy eyes I think of this product as a good, basic under eye moisturiser. There are other products that will brighten, firm, tone, whatever, this product is just good at adding moisture when the eye area looks dry. I get fine lines under my eyes, so I use a firming serum product for day, and this for night time. I only use a very tiny amount (about the size of a grain of rice for both eyes) so the tube lasts a really long time. The texture is very rich - I don't particularly suffer from puffy eyes, but if you do and it's made worse by rich products then this might be one to steer clear of. I tried it for daytime but as I wear a full makeup I found it just a bit too rich - it didn't sit well with my foundation and tended to make my mascara slide through the morning as well. But as a basic night-time moisturiser for the eye area, I think this is a great product. Summary: Great for night time, I found it wasn't so good for daytime |
