Advantages: Clears Pores, removes blackheads, can get cheaply
Disadvantages: expensive if no family value near, can be painful to remove occasionally
I have always quite liked the idea of pore strips. I have used a couple of brands, and have already written an opinion on one of them - Boots tea tree strips. Some brands are quite good, and make your skin feel lovely and clean, and some brands are a complete waste of money. I have decided to write an opinion on my favourite kind of nose pore strips and the amazing bargain I have got them for. It all started when I needed a washing up bowl for my kitchen, so I decided to take a quick look in family value for one. I didn't end up buying a washing up bowl, but noticed that they had these nose pore strips on sale for £1.00 whereas they cost about £5 in stores like Boots! Bargain! I quickly took them home to try them out. PACKAGING The packaging is a box with a girls face with a nose pore strip on it - oh and she will have perfect skin. On the back of the box is easy to read instructions with diagrams to illustrate how to use them. More detailed instructions are on the information leaflet that is included that also includes diagrams to show what to do. Each pore strip is sealed in a foil wrapper of their own, so they are hygienic and easy to store. WHAT TO DO You just slightly wet one with a bit of water on your finger, stick it to your nose and wait for 15 minutes. No fuss or bother, and you can do other things whilst it's doing its job! After 15 minutes (by now it should be quite stiff), you just peel it off, and then hopefully a load of gunk and other rubbish on your skin should join it. If you hold it to the light you can see bits and pieces on it, so it must be doing its job. WHERE TO BUY These strips are on sale in numerous shops, I have seen them in Superdrug, Boots and other places. The best place to go is somewhere like family value or equivalent cheapy shop, where you can get them for a pound! Usually in cheapy shops the instructions are in some other language or something, but these
are definitely the normal version, just very reasonably priced. ADVANTAGES The advantages of this product are that it removes blackheads and unclogs pores, they are not irritating to my skin, they are very simple to use with clear instructions and you can get on with other work whilst you are waiting, as they are not messy or fussy. DISADVANTAGES The disadvantages are that you may not always be able to get hold of them in the discount stores, so you could end up forking out a fiver or more for them, and don?t expect miraculous blackhead removal as it ain't gonna happen! CONCLUSION Overall, this product was definitely excellent value for money and I was very satisfied. My nose felt much cleaner afterwards and this is my favourite of all nose pore strips and I have used many brands - Oxy, Ponds, Boots Natural collection and others! I thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for a good pore strip that actually does something!
