I didn't really sue the company ... but I've thought about it every time I've got razor burn from this pitifully bad shaver.

After using a Remington for a few years previously - and now not having the time for wet shaves - I decided to try the new model.

I bought this Microscreen 3 at Christmas last year and my first impressions were good: a nice design, quick charge and it felt 'right' in my hand.

Then I tried to shave with it!

It is truly the worst electric shave I've had. I once bought a minute battery powered shaver to take on a camping trip - and that gives a nicer cut. Shaving with the Remington feels as though every third hair is being yanked out at the root, just as I'd imagine using an Epilady on my face would feel. It gives me excrutiating razor burn 50% of the time.

I have stumped up the cash for a new foil and a new head, thinking that maybe I'd got a duff one. No difference. Still no better.

What makes it worse is that nowadays the battery seems to last no longer than a week or so after a full charge.

I give up - I'm searching through the reviews on dooyoo for a replacement!
