I like to use face-wipes when I am in a lazy mood or just want to give my skin a bit of a refresh and quick cleanse. I haven't bought face wipes in a while because I have found them to be relatively expensive and after having to use two or sometimes even three wipes in one cleanse I decided it was a bit of a waste of money. On the other side I missed my quick fix so while I was in Sainsbury's I had a look to see if they had anything on offer and luckily enough these were right in my eye-line. Sainsbury's isn't really known for its beauty range by Skin Therapy is one of the many beauty products that they offer. They also sell a huge range of other name brands ... Read the complete review

When it comes to cleaning my face I think I may be addicted to doing it lol. I'm always wiping it as I find over time (particularly when I've wet my face) that it gets feeling tight and slightly dry and uncomfortable. I cleanse and tone morning and evening as a rule and wipe in the day with toner (if I'm not wearing make up) to help prevent that feeling. Now I'm not keen on relying on wipes to cleanse my face all the time. I'm a heavy make up wearer to be honest splattering ten ton of god knows what on my face with regularity. Generally speaking, I prefer to use cleanser and toner rather than facial wipes, although facial wipes do come in handy for when I'm on the go or pushed for time. I usually opt for Witch or Simple facial wipes, but these are regularly used by my Mum so I have the advantage of being able to swipe a few from time to time to have tested them out before I buy my own packet. Having been suitably impressed with these wipes, I knew that this wasn't going to be a waste of money (as anyone who regularly reads my beauty and make-up reviews will know that I have a tendency to ... I am always trying different facial cleansing wipes as I use them every morning and night. When I saw these on offer in Sainsbury's I thought I would give them a go. I think the packaging is really nice and makes them look more expensive than they are with its nice neutral tones and modern lettering. The pack also seemed to be a good size for the low price. When I opened them, I was pleased to find that they resealed well as it is very annoying when packs like this come open again once you have put them away as the wipes dry out and aren't much use any more. The wipes themselves are textured similar to quilted toilet roll which feels very nice against the skin. They are ... Read the complete review
